1. If you haven't entered the Giveaway I'm hosting with The Tattered Flower, please click the Giveaway link and sign up...you have until 5 pm (ET) on Sunday. Major cuteness to be browsed!
2. I am looking for a few GUEST POSTS during Spring break. I'm taking the girls down to NC to see my Nannie after Easter, and this will mean living in the Dark Ages no internet for a few days. If you'd like to write a guest post to be featured here while I'm away, please email me soon. I'm open to anything: a craft, recipe, fashion/beauty post...
3. My Sponsors section is open for business! Please see my advertising page for details on what I offer my sponsors. I feel like my rates are pretty competitive. If you have a fun blog, Etsy shop, or home business that connects with women and/or families, I'd love to work with you!
And now on to the main course, some of my favorite posts I found in Blogland this week:
~Rhiannon's Cupcake Liner Garland. Fabulous, and can easily be altered to fit a bridal or baby shower theme, birthday, holiday, you name it!

~Richella's post on DIY Flower Arranging. Perfect for beginners like me!
~Tausha proved that you can makeover a space without going all Hollywood/Nate Berkus (love you, Nate!) and spending a million bucks. She did a great job on this Garage to Storage room to Mini Bed and Breakfast.
~Beth's Show Me Your Shoes party. So fun!
~Cheryl's Vintage Pom Pom Pillow. This former cheerleader loves anything pom pom!
~Kate's Return to Neutrals in her fab Dining room. {New bench + slip covered chairs + soup tureen filled with flowers= FABULOUS}That's about as good as my math gets. No, seriously.
~Bunnies, Feathers, and Eggs...Oh My! Ashley is ready for Spring.

~Meri made a precious Pillowcase-Style Dress in an afternoon.
This weekend holds a bit of fun! Melissa gave her readers a heads up to Home Depot's Black Friday in March deal, and I am hoping to pick up a few 6 pack annuals for a couple of bucks. Chick Flick Club is going to be at my friend L's house this month...those of us who have been attending the movies decided to go smaller this month and stay in since there isn't really anything in the theater we can all agree to spend $9.50 on.
{Do you have any plans this weekend?}
Have a good one! Happy Weekend Bloggy Reading!
Have fun in NC!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from SITS!
Great list of links! I SO need the flower arranging tips. My DH brings home these gorgeous flowers, and I'd love to be able to arrange them in a vase.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Thank you so much for the linky love, my friend! I appreciate it more than I can say. I'm looking forward to checking out all the things you've recommended--your list is always a good one.
ReplyDeleteChick Flick club in-house, huh? I tell ya, it needs to be a good movie if I'm going to pony up $9.50 for it--and that doesn't include popcorn! Hope y'all have a great time.
Where in NC? Drop me a note...maybe we can get together...the kids and I will be in Eastern SC and I don't mind driving to get together with you.
