"There was a little girl,
Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
When she was good
She was very, very good.
And when she was bad she was horrid."
-Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
Longfellow's words could (unfortunately? fortunately?) apply to both of my children this week, but Michaela Byrd was the only one sporting the forehead curls when I took the photo.
In between fighting over acorns in the backyard like a couple of strung-out squirrels, running up and down the length of the post office's interior while "knocking" on every door to the P.O. boxes, using an empty Old Navy clothes rack as a stage and attempting to kidnap a mannequin, my girls have been perfect little angels.
Um, yes....
I'm hoping Michaela Byrd chooses the "perfect little angel" persona today, because my friend Christy and I are hosting a Mommy's Morning Out -Holiday Shopping Open House this morning while our older girls are in preschool. She sells Thirty One and I'm hoping people will come to see my Blessings Unlimited Christmas items. Wish us luck!
In other news, the winner of the Blog Design Giveaway from Laura Jane Designs is #19, Barb from Dogmom Diva. Congratulations, Barb! Email me so I can get you in touch with Laura Jane.
*Come back tomorrow for a fun Giveaway from McKenna Layne Designs!
It's nice to hear that other people have perfect little angels too =)
