Here are a few of my faves from this week:
sources listed below
~Lindsay mastered her master bedroom with a thrift store dresser makeover. Her efforts with paint will make you reevaluate those pieces that don’t look salvageable at first glance.
~This DIY Lantern from Sassy Sanctuary would be a great addition to a summer vignette. Krystal used picture frames to complete this project!
~I'm loving Sasha’s DIY beadboard dishwasher.
~Another fab makeover! Jennifer’s summer porch looks like a great spot to curl up with a fancy drink and a good book.
~Speaking of fancy drinks, doesn’t Alison’s watermelon lemonade look delicious?
~And Me? This week featured:
- Design Star Recap and Discussion (ep. 1)
- Better Photos = Better Blog (Myth #4 in Blogging Myths: Any Old Photo Will Do)
- Confessions of a Pinterest Addict (So glad I'm not alone!)
- Blogging and Beyond...with Julia (Blogging Interview)
Time to link up your best post of the week (please take the time to include a link-back or my party button and visit some of the other participants!)
Here's the button code if you'd prefer to use that rather than a link-back:
Party is open until 10 pm (ET) on Sunday night.
Remember that blog parties work best when bloggers participate, so if you have a chance to visit a few of the other links, you might find a new friend or two!
I'm just giddy today because tomorrow marks the start of our big beach trip! (Attention, robbers! T will be home, so unless you'd like to meet the business end of a shotgun, I don't suggest you head this way, mkay?)
I suffer seriously from FOPS (Flagrant Overpacking Syndrome), so as you read this, I am frantically trying decide exactly how many pairs of shoes I will need.
I'm not certain when/how/if I'll have internet access. I have some posts planned for while I am away, and I'll keep Weekend Bloggy Reading up this weekend and run it next weekend too so you can showcase your work. Please know that if you comment or link up, I may not be able to return the favor this time around.
What are you up to this weekend?
I'll be back tomorrow with some highlights from Weekend Bloggy Reading!
