10 DIY Kindle and e-Reader Cover Tutorials

One of my favorite Christmas gifts this past year was a Kindle Paperwhite from the hubs. I hinted (not-so-subtly) that I'd really like one, and he went out of his way to track one down at the last minute, as all the local places were sold out. Once I had the Kindle, of course I had to have a stylish cover for it. I ordered an adorable patterned one online, but I'd like to try my hand at making one too. I thought today would be perfect to do a little round up of DIY Kindle and e-Reader Cover Tutorials!

The one I bought online is super-cute. I did a maaaajor search on Etsy and decided on this one from Covers by Diana. (She is not an advertiser, I just wanted to give her a shout-out). Great communication and willing to do customizations! Fabulous quality.

    OOOh, I love that old book cover the best! Thanks Amanda! I do have one, but just got a generic one from Ebay. Totally boring. :-)

    I actually made a few e-reader cases a few years ago. It's a great way to add a little personality and protect your investment.

    I love the book one. And the one that stands like a tripod.

    I would love to make a cute cover for the iPad but it is shared by our whole family. I don't think the husband would appreciate a ruffle! Maybe I could make it navy so its a "manly" ruffle?
