When my kiddies were younger, I had to plan all kinds of activities to keep them happy in the summer. The Texas temps get pretty hot here so I couldn't always send them outside during the day.
ReplyDeleteWe would visit different parks across the city but would have to go in the evening when the play equipment wasn't so hot and wouldn't scald their little hands.
Great suggestions...I too, am terrified of what to do all summer! Terry and I are hoping to do cooking with our kids one morning a week, but still I am wondering how to stop the "I am bored!" scenario.
